PRIVACY POLICY AND STATEMENT PURSUANT TO ART. 13/13-4 OF THE EUROPEAN REGULATION ON DATA PROCESSING No. 679/2017 (GDPR).
Privacy
In this section, information is hereby provided to the visitor on the processing of personal data that may be verified by consulting the website www.lamalvarosa.com (hereinafter: the “Site”). This privacy statement is provided exclusively for this Site, not for other websites which might have been consulted by the visitor through the suggested links. This document constitutes the Site’s privacy policy that may be amended or updated from time to time.

The Data Controller
The Data Controller of the abovementioned data is LA MALVA ROSA LIVE S.r.l., with registered office at Via Vecchia di Cuneo 41/B, 12011 Borgo San Dalmazzo (CN), hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, the “Data Controller”.
 
Navigation data, purpose of processing, and the legal basis for processing
The IT systems and procedures pre-established for the normal functioning of the Site identify certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This concerns information which has not been collected in order to be associated with identified persons, but, by their very nature, will allow the identification of the user. The legal basis of the processing lies in the legitimate interest defined in Art. 6 sub-article 1 subsection f) of the GDPR. The data shall be processed with due regard to the principals of propriety, lawfulness, transparency and the protection of confidentiality and the rights of the person concerned. These data shall be used solely for the purpose of gathering statistical information on the use of the Site to establish whether it is functioning properly. The data may also be used where necessary to determine responsibility for IT offences to the detriment of the Site. By registering your name you will be able to request information on the products of the company La Malva Rosa S.r.l. and have access to the product and service demos of this company.

Optional provision of information
Besides what has been specified regarding navigational data, the user may choose to provide the personal data required in the application forms. Failure to provide the data may mean that it will not be possible to satisfy the application.

Means of processing and recipients or categories of recipient
Personal data are processed by manual, computer and automated systems for the time necessary to achieve the results for which they were collected. The Controller has instituted security measures to ensure the protection of personal data by warranting that data shall be processed with particular attention to preventing the loss of such data, their illicit or improper use or unauthorised access to the data base. Personal data is processed by personnel internal or external to La Malva Rosa S.r.l. appointed for processing for the abovementioned purposes including the IT consultancy Company appointed to process the data for the proper management of the Site by computerised means.

Communication of and distribution of the data
Personal data collected by the Site shall not be distributed, sold or transmitted to third parties except in those circumstances required by law.
